Jelson Reach

Creating a striking departure for an established brand

Jelson Reach | MMS case study

When established Leicestershire housebuilder Jelson Homes set about creating a development in an out-of-area, upmarket location, they knew they were going to have to take a different approach.

An exclusive, riverside development of just nine properties in a desired location, and with high specification, meant a departure from the usual product. The identity needed to reflect this, as well as all of the aforementioned component parts.

The ID combines the riverside setting, the unusual nature of the build and specification, and the aspirational nature of the homes, to create an ultra-modern aesthetic unusual not just for this builder, but for housebuilders in general.

  • Established, regional housebuilder
  • Creation of identity and collateral that elevates the brand in an upmarket environment
  • Promotion of riverside setting in ID and accompanying photography
